In recent years, medical service has been evolving from systems designed around centralized hospitals to Ubiquitous Healthcare (U‐Healthcare). U‐Healthcare system can facilitate real‐time monitoring of patient states, and can provide medical checkups and management whenever and wherever the medical staff deems necessary. U‐Healthcare services can provide chronic condition monitoring in the early stages of diseases and help execute decisive medical action in emergencies. However, thus far, the application of U‐Healthcare systems has been limited to diseases such as obesity, diabetes, etc. Acute myocardial infarction (AMI) is among the most critical chronic diseases and requires early detection and treatment. In this paper, we propose an AMI diagnostic software technique and protocol that can support real‐time communication between the patient and medical personnel. Our monitoring and diagnostic system has been developed using a protocol based on ISO/IEEE 11073. When data is transferred from the patient's smartphone to a server in hospital, the medical personnel consult the patient's biosensor data to determine the status of the relevant disease and provide appropriate medical service. The relevant information is sent back to the patient's smartphone through a wireless network, and patients can view their data in graphical format through their smartphone. A heterogeneous network (HetNet) is a network topology composed by deploying multiple HetNets under the coverage of macro cells (MCs). It can improve network throughput, extend cell coverage, and offload network traffic; for example, the network traffic of a 5G mobile communications network. A HetNet involves a mix of radio technologies and various cell types working together seamlessly. In a HetNet, coordination between MCs and small cells (SCs) has a positive impact on the performance of the networks contained within, and consequently on the overall user experience. Therefore, to improve user‐perceived service quality, HetNets require high‐efficiency network protocols and enhanced radio technologies. In this paper, we introduce a 5G HetNet comprised of MCs and both fixed and mobile SCs (mSCs). The featured mSCs can be mounted on a car, bus, or train and have different characteristics to fixed SCs (fSCs). In this paper, we address the technical challenges related to mSCs. An ambipolar conjugated polymer CF3‐PBTV, poly(2,2′‐bis(trifluoromethyl)biphenyl‐alt‐2,5‐divinylthiophene), consisting of thienylenevinylene as the donor and trifluoromethyl‐substituted biphenyl as the acceptor has been successfully synthesized. CF3‐PBTV shows solution‐processability without electrically insulating long alkyl side chains. Grazing incidence X‐ray diffraction results suggest a nearly equal population of flat‐on and end‐on domains in CF3‐PBTV thin film. The excellent ambipolarity of CF3‐PBTV is demonstrated by well‐equivalent charge mobilities of 0.065 and 0.078 cm2 V?1 s?1 for p‐ and n‐channel, respectively. The organic field‐effect transistors (OFET) also shows very high on/off ratio (≈107) which is attributed to the relatively large bandgap and low‐lying highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) of CF3‐PBTV. The OFET performance barely changes after the device is stored in ambient conditions for 90 days. The ambient‐stability is attributed to the enhanced oxidative stability from its low‐lying HOMO and the better moisture resistance from its fluorine contents. The performance of CF3‐PBTV based OFET is annealing independent. It is noteworthy that the solution‐processable, ambipolar, and thienylenevinylene‐containing conjugated polymer without any long alkyl side chains is reported for the first time. Studies using massive, passively collected data from communication technologies have revealed many ubiquitous aspects of social networks, helping us understand and model social media, information diffusion and organizational dynamics. More recently, these data have come tagged with geographical information, enabling studies of human mobility patterns and the science of cities. We combine these two pursuits and uncover reproducible mobility patterns among social contacts. First, we introduce measures of mobility similarity and predictability and measure them for populations of users in three large urban areas. We find individuals'' visitations patterns are far more similar to and predictable by social contacts than strangers and that these measures are positively correlated with tie strength. Unsupervised clustering of hourly variations in mobility similarity identifies three categories of social ties and suggests geography is an important feature to contextualize social relationships. We find that the composition of a user''s ego network in terms of the type of contacts they keep is correlated with mobility behaviour. Finally, we extend a popular mobility model to include movement choices based on social contacts and compare its ability to reproduce empirical measurements with two additional models of mobility. 相似文献
